      I just received and installed this new palm-rest for my Dell laptop. The part that arrived is totally new, in great condition and it was very good packed. I just installed it and it works like a charm, it fits perfectly on the laptop, all the flex cables are in perfect conditions. It is a real OEM part. It is my first time buying parts from Pc Parts Pro and I'm really satisfied with the product and the service. I really recommend these guys. Gus
